Saietta VNA develops and manufactures optimised solutions for India's fast-growing lightweight electric vehicle market.
Established in 2021, Saietta VNA is a Joint Venture between UK-based Saietta Group plc and Padmini VNA in India.
Saietta (www.saietta.com) is listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market and is a multi-national business which designs, engineers and manufactures light and heavy duty electric drive (eDrive) solutions for vehicles from scooters to trucks, as well as for marine applications.
Padmini VNA (www.padminivna.com) was established in 2005 with a focus on innovation and sustainability and is the go-to name for environment-friendly auto components. With state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facilities in India, it has placed auto components made in India on the global map.
Commercialisation with a conscience
All forms of transport are rapidly transitioning to electric propulsion, pushed by global legislation to combat air pollution and climate change, and pulled by consumer demand for clean and cost-effective mobility solutions. Saietta VNA is driven by the vision to be a catalyst in this process.

Saietta’s modular product offering
We believe that the optimal product solution for vehicle manufacturers is to offer state-of-the-art, fully integrated electric drive solutions including motors, integrated power electronics, modular gearboxes and bespoke axle architecture. We have invested heavily to engineer one-stop-shop solutions to significantly speed up the vehicle product development process. However, we recognise that ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ and that vehicle brands are looking for a competitive advantage. Our unique approach is heavily focused towards providing flexible applications engineering services to deliver bespoke product solutions.
